Please note that we do not offer dry hire. All bar hire includes our catering products and trained staff, who manage the setup, operation, and service to ensure a smooth, professional, and seamless experience.

Moments has a variety of slick bars available for hire. These are perfect for weddings or corporate events of any scale, including team builds, tradeshows, product launches, activations and PR events.

We give you the option of promoting your company/ brand through our custom-branded solutions.

We can brand the bar unit itself and are also able to help you with individually branded bar items including; plates, cup sleeves, menus and serviettes.

Bar branding: To brand the bar artwork in high-res PDF format is required.

We have 3 bar branding sizes:

1. Lightbox bar option:  1200mm (W) by 800mm (H)

2. Large bar (for vinyl print on foam board):  1370mm (W) by 1000mm (H)

3.Small bar (for vinyl print on foam board):  1350mm (W) by 940mm (H)
