Rolled ice cream is a stir fried ice cream , made using milk, cream, and sugars as well as other added ingredients. The liquid mixture is fried on an ice pan and then hand rolled in front of guests.

Our mixtures and flavours are hand-made and customised. We often make custom flavours for our clients based on their unique needs for branding colours. All our bars, staff, cups can be custom branded to make sure your brand sticks out.
