‘Moments’ desserts and beverages provide specialised mobile coffee bars and parlours for hire in Gauteng and Cape Town. All our concepts come with qualified baristas and a large coffee menu. Our mobile coffee bars and parlours are suitable for weddings, birthdays, corporate training days, expos, road shows, product launches & other corporate events. All our parlours and bars can be fully branded to match the theme and purpose of the event.
Moments uses the services of a premium and elite quality roastery.
Each one of our artisanal crafted batches, of single origin beans, is held to the highest stringent quality control and fashioned with a unique flavour to light up your palate. Our baristas are passionate brewers and absolute connoisseurs of coffee.
We specialise in numerous types of coffee drinks, including alcoholic coffees, and a range of teas and hot chocolates.
Before the event we work with yourself or the event organiser to design the menu for the event.
We operate in Johannesburg and Pretoria and Cape Town.

Add our new coffee printer to your coffee bar
Moments coffee printer is a an excellent way to impress guests or customers and improve engagement. It works well for company branding and getting customers to exhibition stands.
How it works: The barista will make a cappuccino or hot chocolate. It works with anything that has white foam. The guest will send their picture or company logo via bluetooth to the printer. After which the printer will start printing on the cup. Please see images and videos below.
Gourmet Hot Chocolate bar:
Our delicious range of hot chocolates will warm you up on the inside! Our ‘freak hot chocolate’’ is a more decadent option that can be topped with just about anything you can imagine. Add a shot of coffee for a mochaccino option. We also offer Chai Tea Latte- this is like a traditional latte with steamed milk and a delicious spiced tea concentrate to substitute the espresso. At an additional cost, we offer you the option of alternative milk options for our coffees and beverages.
A popular option is adding hot chocolates as a stand-alone bar or menu item in one of our professional coffee bars. We have a variety of custom made hot chocolates and freak hot chocolates (over-the-top hot chocolates). Freak hot chocolates provide an element of entertainment and excitement at events for guests.
