Terms and Conditions
- Staffing, product and travel costs are still applicable for the free event. Hiring costs, setup and dismantle free.
- Product excluded from free event include: Alcohol.
- Full payment is required upfront for all event bookings
- To quality for the free event, the two paid for events, combined, need to cater for a minimum of 140 people or 70 people per event
- The free event will cater for a maximum of 70 people. Should you have additional guests, the balance of the cost can be paid out to Moments.
- Offer is applicable until 31 December 2023 (the free event must be redeemed by then).
